Copyright Claims
Last updated: September 10, 2026
We respect the rights of copyright holders. This service converts the audio of YouTube videos on a transient, per-user basis; we do not host, index, or distribute a library of copyrighted content. Files are automatically deleted within approximately 30 minutes of conversion.
Submitting a claim
If you believe content available through this service infringes your copyright, send a notice including all of the following to abuse@tubetomp3.site:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- The exact YouTube URL(s) (video links) involved in the claim;
- Your full name, address, telephone number and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Our response
Valid claims are processed promptly. Because converted files expire automatically within minutes and no permanent copies are kept, most claims can be resolved by confirming that no copies persist on our systems; where needed, we will block the reported video IDs from being converted again and terminate access for repeat infringers.
